Dear customer,

Due to the ongoing financial challenges felt on family budgets we have not generated enough ticket sales to make the event due to take place in Birmingham this week viable.

​

As a result the event has been cancelled. Please do not travel to the venue. A cancellation email was sent to all customers on Wednesday 20th May 2026, please check your junk and spam folders for this email.

​

Customers do not need to do anything, we are processing refunds automatically to the bank card associated with the account used to purchase your tickets. All customers will be refunded in full however refunds can take 10 working days to reappear in your bank account.

All Eventbrite customer refunds have been completed in full.

​

Customers who purchased directly via the website, and therefore via stripe will see their refund within 10 working days from the date of the event that they were due to attend. This due to merchant processing times.

​

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and/or upset to your child's half term.

​

At present costs are very high and sales simply did not meet the threshold by which we could run the event to the standard we expect.

​
